- 2 packets vanilla sugar (about 16g total; or use 2 tsp sugar + ½ tsp vanilla extract)

Instructions:
- Set Aside Garnish: Reserve 4 whole strawberries for decorating the finished dessert.
- Blend Strawberries: Using an immersion blender or standard blender, purée the remaining strawberries until smooth and silky.
- Mix It Up: In a bowl, stir together the strawberry purée, yogurt, and vanilla sugar until everything is well combined and creamy.
