Ingredients
For the crust:

1 9-inch pie crust (homemade or store-bought), unbaked
For the filling:

4 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1 ½ cups shredded cheese (Gruyère, Swiss, cheddar, or a mix)

½ cup cooked bacon or ham (optional)

1 cup sautéed vegetables (spinach, mushrooms, onions, or peppers)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp ground nutmeg (secret ingredient!)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Crust

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

Prick bottom with a fork.

Optional (for extra crisp crust): Blind bake for 10 minutes, then cool slightly.
