Ingredients
Cake:
3 eggs • 1 cup sugar • ½ cup milk • ½ cup oil • 2 tbsp cocoa • 1 packet baking powder • 1 packet vanilla • 1¾ cups flour
Cherries:
2 cups cherries • ½ cup sugar • 1 tbsp cornstarch • ½ cup water
Cream:
1 cup cold cream • 200 g cream cheese/mascarpone • ½ cup powdered sugar • vanilla
Soaking:
½ cup milk + 1 tbsp cocoa

Instructions
1. Cake: Bake at 170°C for 30–35 minutes, cool, cut in half.
2. Cherries: Cook the ingredients, cool when thickened.
3. Cream: Whisk all ingredients.
4. Assemble: Cake → soaking syrup → cream → cherries → cake.
5. Cover the top with cream, chill for 3–4 hours.
