Ingredients
Cake:
3 eggs β€’ 1 cup sugar β€’ Β½ cup milk β€’ Β½ cup oil β€’ 2 tbsp cocoa β€’ 1 packet baking powder β€’ 1 packet vanilla β€’ 1ΒΎ cups flour
Cherries:
2 cups cherries β€’ Β½ cup sugar β€’ 1 tbsp cornstarch β€’ Β½ cup water
Cream:
1 cup cold cream β€’ 200 g cream cheese/mascarpone β€’ Β½ cup powdered sugar β€’ vanilla
Soaking:
Β½ cup milk + 1 tbsp cocoa

Instructions
1. Cake: Bake at 170Β°C for 30–35 minutes, cool, cut in half.
2. Cherries: Cook the ingredients, cool when thickened.
3. Cream: Whisk all ingredients.
4. Assemble: Cake β†’ soaking syrup β†’ cream β†’ cherries β†’ cake.
5. Cover the top with cream, chill for 3–4 hours.
