Ingredients
Cake:
3 eggs β’ 1 cup sugar β’ Β½ cup milk β’ Β½ cup oil β’ 2 tbsp cocoa β’ 1 packet baking powder β’ 1 packet vanilla β’ 1ΒΎ cups flour
Cherries:
2 cups cherries β’ Β½ cup sugar β’ 1 tbsp cornstarch β’ Β½ cup water
Cream:
1 cup cold cream β’ 200 g cream cheese/mascarpone β’ Β½ cup powdered sugar β’ vanilla
Soaking:
Β½ cup milk + 1 tbsp cocoa

Instructions
1. Cake: Bake at 170Β°C for 30β35 minutes, cool, cut in half.
2. Cherries: Cook the ingredients, cool when thickened.
3. Cream: Whisk all ingredients.
4. Assemble: Cake β soaking syrup β cream β cherries β cake.
5. Cover the top with cream, chill for 3β4 hours.
