Garlic parmesan cheesburger boms

I made these on a Tuesday night when I had absolutely zero energy to cook, and my husband walked into the kitchen, saw me pulling these out of the oven, and said, “Wait… what ARE those?” Ten minutes later, he’d eaten three and was eyeing a fourth. These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are basically everything you love about a cheeseburger, wrapped up in buttery, golden dough with that garlicky Parmesan crust that gets crispy in all the right places. When you bite in, the cheese just stretches and oozes out like the most beautiful, melty surprise. They’re ridiculously easy, insanely satisfying, and honestly? They taste like something you’d pay way too much for at a restaurant.I served them with a little marinara for dipping, and they disappeared so fast I didn’t even get a proper photo until the second batch.**INGREDIENTS:**• 1 lb ground beef • 1 tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • Salt and pepper to taste • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits) • 3 tbsp butter, melted • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese • 1 tsp garlic powder (for topping) • Fresh parsley, chopped **INSTRUCTIONS:**Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, then drain and let cool slightly.Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.Place a spoonful of seasoned beef in the center, then press a cube of mozzarella on top.Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball.Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.Brush each bomb generously with melted butter.Mix the Parmesan and garlic powder together, then sprinkle over the tops.Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, until deeply golden and the cheese inside is melted and gooey.Brush with a little more butter right out of the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.Serve warm and watch them vanish.Honestly, would you eat these straight off the pan or are you more disciplined than me?
