🥩 Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • ½ small onion, finely diced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Drain excess grease.

  3. Stir in seasonings, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire.

  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  5. Mix in shredded cheese.

🥐 Dough Options (Choose One)

  • Store-bought pizza dough (easy & classic)

  • Crescent roll dough (soft, flaky)

  • Homemade dough (if you want, I can give you one)

🔥 Assembly

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll dough out and cut into rectangles.

  3. Spoon filling onto one half (don’t overfill).

  4. Fold over and seal edges with a fork.

  5. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.

🧈 Topping (Optional but 🔥)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Sesame seeds (for burger vibes)

Brush tops with butter mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds.

⏲️ Bake

  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown.

  • Let cool 5 minutes before eating (filling is HOT).
