1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls (or any soft slider rolls)

6 slices deli ham

6 slices deli turkey

6–8 slices Swiss cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or honey mustard for a sweeter flavor)

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (for topping sauce)

1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Powdered sugar, for dusting

Raspberry preserves (for dipping)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Assemble the Sliders:

Slice the entire sheet of rolls in half horizontally (keep rolls attached).

Place bottom halves in the baking dish.
-
Spread mayo and mustard evenly over the cut sides (if using).

Layer half the cheese, then the ham, turkey, and remaining cheese.

Place the top halves of rolls on top.

Make the Topping:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, maple syrup (or honey), Dijon, and poppy seeds.

Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.

Bake:

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders.

Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
