2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
1/3 cup honey
1 cup milk
2 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
Steps:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease a square baking dish
Whisk eggs, honey, and milk
Stir in mashed bananas
Fold in oats and baking powder
Pour into dish and smooth top
Bake 35–40 mins until set
Cool completely before slicing
