- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ΒΌ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Β½ teaspoon salt
- Β½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Β½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1β2 teaspoons sugar or honey, to taste
- ΒΌ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional

- Add the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, horseradish, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to a bowl.
- Whisk until completely smooth.
- Add the black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, and cayenne.
- Mix well and taste. Add a little more vinegar for extra tang or honey/sugar for a slightly sweeter sauce.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can blend. For the best flavor, let it chill for a few hours.
