Snoop Dogg’s Easy Meatloaf
This recipe is inspired by the meatloaf Snoop Dogg has shared in his cookbook From Crook to Cook. It’s a comforting, flavorful meatloaf with a sweet and tangy glaze.
Ingredients
For the Meatloaf
- 2 pounds (900 g) ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
For the Glaze
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Meatloaf
In a large bowl, combine:
- Ground beef
- Breadcrumbs
- Eggs
- Onion
- Garlic
- Milk
- Ketchup
- Worcestershire sauce
- Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Smoked paprika
- Parsley
Mix gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
3. Shape
- Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in the prepared pan or on the baking sheet.
4. Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together:

- Ketchup
- Brown sugar
- Dijon mustard
- Apple cider vinegar
Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
5. Bake
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and spread the remaining glaze on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
6. Rest and Serve
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Tips
- For extra moisture, use an 80/20 ground beef blend.
- You can substitute half the beef with ground pork for an even richer flavor.
