Sugar free cinnamon roll bread!

🧾 Ingredients

🥖 Bread batter

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (or oat flour for healthier option)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • ⅓ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • ½ cup sweetener (erythritol, stevia blend, or monk fruit)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍥 Cinnamon swirl

  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

🍯 Optional glaze (sugar-free)

  • ½ cup powdered sweetener
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the batter

  • Preheat oven to 180°C
  • In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, sweetener & vanilla
  • Add flour, baking powder, salt → mix until smooth

2️⃣ Make the cinnamon swirl

  • Mix melted butter + cinnamon + sweetener
  • Should look like a thick paste

3️⃣ Layer & swirl

  • Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan
  • Add cinnamon mixture
  • Pour remaining batter
  • Use a knife to swirl (don’t overmix)

4️⃣ Bake

  • Bake for 35–45 minutes
  • Check with a toothpick → should come out clean
  • Let cool before slicing

5️⃣ Add glaze (optional)

  • Mix glaze ingredients
  • Drizzle on top for that cinnamon roll vibe 😋

💡 Tips

  • Use oat flour → softer & healthier
  • Add nuts or raisins if you like texture
  • Keep in fridge up to 4 days
