🧾 Ingredients
🥖 Bread batter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (or oat flour for healthier option)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
- ⅓ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- ½ cup sweetener (erythritol, stevia blend, or monk fruit)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍥 Cinnamon swirl
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
🍯 Optional glaze (sugar-free)
- ½ cup powdered sweetener
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the batter
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, melted butter, sweetener & vanilla
- Add flour, baking powder, salt → mix until smooth
2️⃣ Make the cinnamon swirl
- Mix melted butter + cinnamon + sweetener
- Should look like a thick paste
3️⃣ Layer & swirl
- Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan
- Add cinnamon mixture
- Pour remaining batter
- Use a knife to swirl (don’t overmix)
4️⃣ Bake
- Bake for 35–45 minutes
- Check with a toothpick → should come out clean
- Let cool before slicing
5️⃣ Add glaze (optional)
- Mix glaze ingredients
- Drizzle on top for that cinnamon roll vibe 😋
💡 Tips
- Use oat flour → softer & healthier
- Add nuts or raisins if you like texture
- Keep in fridge up to 4 days
