Homemade sugar free candy bars!

🧾 Ingredients

🍫 Base layer

  • 1 cup almond flour (or oats blended)
  • ΒΌ cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free syrup (or honey alternative)
  • 1–2 tbsp coconut oil

  • Chopped peanuts or almonds
  • Sugar-free caramel (or peanut butter mixed with a bit of milk)

🍫 Chocolate coating

  • 150 g dark chocolate (sugar-free if possible)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

1️⃣ Make the base

  • Mix almond flour + peanut butter + syrup + coconut oil
  • Stir until it forms a soft dough
  • Press into a lined pan

2️⃣ Add filling (optional)

  • Add chopped nuts or caramel layer

3️⃣ Chill & cut

  • Put in fridge for 30–45 min
  • Cut into bar shapes

4️⃣ Coat in chocolate

  • Melt chocolate + coconut oil
  • Dip bars or drizzle on top
  • Let set in fridge
