Garlic Butter Shrimp (10–15 minutes)
Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp butter
-
1 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)

Juice of ½ lemon

Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions

Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika/chili flakes.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil + butter.

Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds (don’t burn it).

Add shrimp in a single layer.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden.

Squeeze lemon juice over shrimp, toss once, and remove from heat.

Sprinkle parsley and serve immediately.
