Ingredients

8–10 glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts (day-old works best), cut into chunks

2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches in syrup, drained (or fresh peaches, peeled and sliced, tossed with ½ cup sugar)

1 cup granulated sugar (adjust if your peaches are very sweet)

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup self-rising flour (or all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt)

1 cup whole milk

Optional: whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions

Prep the doughnuts:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place the cut doughnut chunks evenly across the bottom. -
Add peaches:
Spread the drained peach slices over the doughnuts. -
Make the batter:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, milk, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth. -
Pour & bake:
Pour the batter evenly over the peaches and doughnuts. Don’t stir — the magic happens as it bakes! -
Bake:
Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. -
Serve:
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
