- 3 large eggs

- 2½ cups (315 g) all-purpose flour
- 2½ tsp baking powder

For the glaze:
- 2 cups (240 g) powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Christmas sprinkles

- Make the dough:
Beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla and almond extracts. - Add dry ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until a soft dough forms. - Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes. - Shape:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. - Bake:
Bake for 10–12 minutes. The cookies should remain light in color with just slightly golden edges. Cool completely. - Make the glaze:
Whisk powdered sugar, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth. Add a little more milk if needed. - Decorate:
Dip or spoon glaze over each cookie and immediately add colorful sprinkles. Let the glaze set completely.
