2 lbs Ground Beef (80/20 recommended)

1.31 oz Sloppy Joe Mix Packet (e.g., McCormick) or homemade mix

24 oz Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce or homemade sauce

2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

Prepare baking sheet: Line with foil and arrange frozen Texas toast slices evenly spaced.

Bake Texas toast according to package directions (usually 5–8 minutes per side).

Cook the beef:

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 2 lbs ground beef.

When about 90% cooked, drain excess grease.

Stir in Sloppy Joe mix and cook until the beef is fully done.
