Homestyle Spaghetti with Juicy Meatballs
Spaghetti & Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large egg
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 24 oz (680g) marinara sauce
- 12 oz (340g) spaghetti
- Extra Parmesan and fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides—about 10 minutes.
4. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs. Reduce the heat and let them simmer for 20 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well.
6. Serve the spaghetti topped with the meatballs and sauce. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
