Ingredients:
For the Chocolate Roll Cake:
¾ cup flour
¼ cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
4 eggs
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Powdered sugar (for topping)
Nougat (Pistachio) Cream:
½ cup marshmallow cream
¼ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup cream
½ cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
Caramel Layer:
½ cup dark caramel sauce
Chocolate Ganache
1 cup chocolate chips
½ cup cream
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
Prepare the Cake:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 10×12-inch (25×38 cm) baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Beat the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until light in color.
Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula.
Pour the batter into the pan and spread it out.
Bake for 10–12 minutes. While still warm, turn it out onto a cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll it up. Leave to cool.
Prepare the Nougat Cream:
Beat the marshmallow cream, peanut butter, and powdered sugar.
Add the cream and beat until fluffy. Add the peanuts.
Roll the Cake:
Unwrap the cooled cake. Spread the nougat cream on top.
Drizzle with caramel sauce. Roll it up again.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Make the Ganache:
Heat the cream until it reaches boiling point.
Pour over the chocolate and buttr.
Wait 2 minutes and stir. Use once it thickens.
Coating and Decorating:
Spread the ganache over the cake.
Use a fork to create a bark pattern.
Refrigerate until serving.
