🍎 Caramel Apple Pie Bombs

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent dough)

  • 1 cup apple pie filling, chopped small

  • 8–10 soft caramel candies (or caramel sauce, thick)

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)

  • ¼ cup melted butter

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep

  • Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Flatten dough

  • Separate biscuit dough.

  • Flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.

3️⃣ Fill

  • Place 1 tbsp apple filling in the center.

  • Add 1 caramel (or 1 tsp thick caramel sauce).

  • Carefully pinch dough closed and roll into a ball.

4️⃣ Coat

  • Mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  • Dip each ball in melted butter.

  • Roll in cinnamon sugar.

5️⃣ Bake

  • Place seam-side down.

  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

🍯 Optional Drizzle

  • Warm caramel sauce

  • Vanilla glaze

  • Powdered sugar

  • 180°C / 350°F for 8–10 minutes
