Pillsbury Crescent Roll Taco Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, olives, jalapeños, green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain fat.

  3. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes until thick.

  4. Unroll crescent dough and press into bottom of greased 9×13 pan.

  5. Spread sour cream over dough.

  6. Spoon taco meat evenly on top.

  7. Sprinkle with cheese.

  8. Bake 20–25 minutes until crescent dough is golden and cooked through.

  9. Cool 5 minutes. Add toppings and slice.
