🍫 DECADE-OLD NUTELLA BROWNIE
📌 Ingredients
• 200 g butter
• 200 g dark chocolate
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 eggs (at room temperature)
• 1 cup flour
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• A pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup Nutella (for the filling)
• • Extra 3–4 tablespoons Nutella for the topping
🍫 Instructions
1️⃣ Chocolate mixture
1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate using a double boiler.
2. Remove from heat and let cool for 2–3 minutes.

Add the eggs
1. Add the eggs one at a time.
2. Do not overmix — this is important for the brownies to stay fudgy!
3️⃣ Dry ingredients
1. Sift together the flour, cocoa, salt, and vanilla.
2. Add to the mixture and stir with a spatula.
4️⃣ Add Nutella
1. Add 1 cup of Nutella to the batter.
2. Mix with a spatula.
5️⃣ Baking
1. Line a square or rectangular baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Pour in the batter.
3. Drizzle 3–4 tablespoons of Nutella over the top in lines.
4. Bake at 170°C for 22–28 minutes.
• The edges will be cooked, while the center will remain slightly moist.
• This ensures the brownie stays fudgy.
6️⃣ Resting
1. Let cool for at least 30 minutes after removing from the oven.
2. For a fudgier texture, let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
