Non-alcoholic ‘Baileys-style’ Irish cream
Perfect for Christmas gifting! (You can write ‘Irish Cream Coffee Creamer’ on the bottle!)
Ingredients:
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of whole milk
1 can (397 g) of sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp chocolate syrup or 2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp instant coffee granules (optional, but adds to the classic flavour).
1 tablespoon of caramel sauce (optional, but delicious).
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a blender or bowl, mix together:
Heavy cream
Milk
condensed milk
Chocolate syrup
Vanilla
Instant coffee
Caramel (optional).
pinch of salt
Blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Don’t over-blend, or it may thicken too much.
Taste and adjust if necessary.
Add more chocolate for richness.
More vanilla for warmth.
Add more coffee for depth.
Pour into clean, airtight bottles or jars.
Storage:
Keep in the fridge for up to seven days.
Shake well before use.
Christmas gift idea:
Fill small glass bottles and add a label such as:
Homemade Irish Cream Coffee Creamer – Non-Alcoholic – Made with Love”
Tie with a ribbon and add a mini cinnamon stick for decoration.
