2 lbs crab legs (snow crab or king crab)

1 cup unsalted butter (melted)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but recommended)

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Butter Sauce

In a bowl, combine:

Melted butter

Minced garlic
-
Lemon juice
-
Old Bay seasoning

Paprika
-
Salt & pepper

Mix well until smooth.

Arrange Crab Legs
-
Place crab legs on a baking sheet.

Brush generously with the butter sauce.

If desired, crack the shells slightly so the sauce seeps inside.

Bake
-
Cover the baking sheet with foil.

Bake for 20–25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes to lightly brown.

Serve

Brush with extra butter sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve with lemon wedges and small dipping bowls of leftover butter sauce.

Tips

For spicier crab legs, add ½ tsp cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the butter mix.

If you prefer, steam or boil crab legs first, then bake briefly with the sauce for extra flavor
