½ cup (100 g) sugar

¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil

1 cup (130 g) flour

1½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

1. Mix the base

Whisk eggs + sugar until slightly fluffy.

Add milk, oil, and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
2. Cook the cake
➡️ Stovetop Method (fastest & softest):

Grease a non-stick pan.

Pour the batter.

Cover with a lid.

Cook on low heat for 10–12 minutes until set.
➡️ Oven Method:

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 12–15 minutes.
3. Finishing

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle melted chocolate.
