🍰 Grandma’s 15-Minute Magic Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup (100 g) sugar

  • ½ cup (120 ml) milk

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil

  • 1 cup (130 g) flour

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: chocolate chips or lemon zest

⏱️ Instructions (Ready in 15 minutes!)

1. Mix the base

  • Whisk eggs + sugar until slightly fluffy.

  • Add milk, oil, and vanilla.

  • Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

2. Cook the cake

➡️ Stovetop Method (fastest & softest):

  • Grease a non-stick pan.

  • Pour the batter.

  • Cover with a lid.

  • Cook on low heat for 10–12 minutes until set.

➡️ Oven Method:

  • Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 12–15 minutes.

3. Finishing

  • Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle melted chocolate.

  • Serve warm — super soft and fluffy!
