🛒 Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz) tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 oz (225 g) Brie cheese
- ½ cup fruit jam or preserves — raspberry, strawberry, apricot, or fig
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Chill the Brie in the freezer for about 10 minutes, then cut it into 24 small cubes.
- Unroll the crescent dough and press the seams together to form two rectangles.
- Cut each rectangle into 12 squares, giving you 24 pieces.
- Place one dough square in the baking dish and put a cube of Brie in the center.
- Add about 1 teaspoon of jam on top of each Brie cube.
- Pull the corners of the dough up around the filling and gently pinch to seal.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the crescent dough is puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then serve warm.
