Caramel Apple Samoa Bites

🧾 Ingredients

  • 2–3 apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work best)
  • 1 cup soft caramels (or caramel sauce)
  • 1 tbsp milk (if melting caramels)
  • 1 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
  • Wooden sticks or toothpicks

🔥 Instructions

  1. Prep the apples
    • Wash and dry apples well
    • Cut into bite-sized chunks or small wedges
    • Insert toothpicks or sticks into each piece
  2. Melt the caramel
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramels with 1 tbsp milk
    • Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth
  3. Dip in caramel
    • Dip each apple piece into the melted caramel
    • Let excess drip off
  4. Add coconut layer
    • Roll or sprinkle toasted coconut over the caramel
  5. Drizzle chocolate
    • Melt chocolate chips
    • Drizzle over each bite using a spoon or piping bag
  6. Let them set
    • Place on parchment paper
    • Chill in fridge for 15–20 minutes until firm
