🧾 Ingredients
- 2–3 apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work best)
- 1 cup soft caramels (or caramel sauce)
- 1 tbsp milk (if melting caramels)
- 1 cup toasted shredded coconut
- ½ cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
- Wooden sticks or toothpicks
🔥 Instructions
- Prep the apples
- Wash and dry apples well
- Cut into bite-sized chunks or small wedges
- Insert toothpicks or sticks into each piece
- Melt the caramel
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramels with 1 tbsp milk
- Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth
- Dip in caramel
- Dip each apple piece into the melted caramel
- Let excess drip off
- Add coconut layer
- Roll or sprinkle toasted coconut over the caramel
- Drizzle chocolate
- Melt chocolate chips
- Drizzle over each bite using a spoon or piping bag
- Let them set
- Place on parchment paper
- Chill in fridge for 15–20 minutes until firm
