Fried Chicken Sliders

Ingredients:

pound chicken tenders
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
8 slider buns
Pickles
Mayonnaise
Butter for toasting buns

Instructions:

Place the chicken tenders in a bowl with the buttermilk and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In another bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and coat well in the seasoned flour mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or fryer over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken tenders for about 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked. Drain on paper towels.

Butter the slider buns and toast them lightly in a skillet until golden.

Spread mayonnaise on the buns, add fried chicken, and top with pickles. Serve warm.
