Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
- 4 cups corn kernels
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, melted butter, sugar, flour, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Stir in the corn kernels and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until the pudding is golden on top and set in the center.
Let the corn pudding cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm as a classic Southern side dish.
