🧁 For the Cake (20–22 cm pan)
Ingredients
β€’ 2 cups flour
β€’ 1.5 cups granulated sugar
β€’ 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
β€’ 1 packet baking powder
β€’ 1 packet vanilla extract
β€’ 1 teaspoon baking soda
β€’ 1 teaspoon salt
β€’ 2 eggs
β€’ 1 cup milk
β€’ Β½ cup vegetable oil
β€’ 1 cup hot water
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 170Β°C fan. Grease the pan.
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Add the eggs, milk, and oil, and whisk.
4. Finally, add the hot water and mix until smooth.
5. Pour into the pan and bake for 45–50 minutes.
6. Allow to cool completely, then cut the cake into 2 equal layers.

Ingredients
β€’ 200 ml cold cream
β€’ 120 g milk or dark chocolate
β€’ 1 packet whipped cream
β€’ 1 cup milk
β€’ 10–12 strawberries (chopped)
Preparation
1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, then let it cool slightly.
2. Whip the cream, prepare the whipped cream with milk, and add it.
3. Slowly stir in the warm chocolate.
4. Add the chopped strawberries.

Ganache (For the Topping)
Ingredients
β€’ 200 ml cream
β€’ 160 g dark chocolate
Preparation
1. Heat the cream until it almost reaches boiling point.
2. Add the chocolate and stir until melted.
3. Use when lukewarm (it should be pourable).

1. Place the first cake layer on a serving plate.
2. Spread a generous amount of the strawberry chocolate cream on top.
3. Cover with the second layer.
4. Pour the ganache over the top, allowing it to run down the sides.
