Crispy, golden anchovies with a squeeze of lemon — the ultimate Greek seaside meze!
🧺 Ingredients
• Fresh anchovies – 500 g (cleaned)
• Flour – 100 g
• Olive oil (for frying)
• Lemon – for serving
• Salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Rinse anchovies, pat dry, and lightly salt them.

3️⃣ Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
4️⃣ Fry anchovies in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
