1 can crescent roll dough (or puff pastry, or pizza dough)

8–12 slices ham (thin or medium sliced)

8–12 sticks or slices of cheese

mozzarella, cheddar, Swiss, provolone, or string cheese

1 egg (for egg wash — optional)

Optional:

Garlic powder

Italian seasoning

Sesame seeds

Honey mustard or marinara for dipping

Instructions
1. Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Assemble

Unroll the dough and cut into 8–12 strips (or separate the crescent triangles).

Place a slice of ham on each strip.

Add a cheese stick or a rectangular slice of cheese.

Roll the dough around the ham and cheese tightly, sealing the edges so cheese doesn’t leak.
3. Add Finishing Touches

Brush with egg wash for shine (optional).

Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian herbs, or sesame seeds if desired.
4. Bake
Bake 10–15 minutes, or until:
