Ingredients

2 cups chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)

1 cup peanut butter (creamy works best)

3 cups Rice Krispies (or any crisped rice cereal)
Instructions
1. Melt the Chocolate & Peanut Butter

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips + peanut butter
in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and melted.
(You can also melt them together on the stove over low heat.)
2. Add the Cereal

Stir in the Rice Krispies gently until fully coated.

Make sure the mixture stays light and crunchy!
3. Press & Chill

Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper.

Pour mixture into the pan and press down lightly.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until firm.
4. Slice & Serve

Cut into squares or bars.

Store chilled or at room temp.
⭐ Variations (Optional)

Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top.

Mix in mini marshmallows for “rocky road” crunch bars.
-
Use white chocolate or butterscotch chips instead of chocolate.

Drizzle melted chocolate on top for a nicer finish.
