8 oz semi-sweet chocolate (optional for balance)

1 cup butterscotch chips (optional but highly recommended)

1–1½ cups peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, optional for extra creaminess)

Holiday sprinkles (red, green, white)

Instructions
1. Melt the Chocolate
Option A – Microwave:

Combine milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, and butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl.

Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
Option B – Slow Cooker (Crockpot Method):

Add all chocolates and peanut butter to the slow cooker.

Turn to LOW for 1½–2 hours, stirring occasionally.
2. Mix in the Nuts

Stir in the peanuts (or mixed nuts) until fully coated and glossy.
3. Scoop & Shape

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

You can also scoop into a baking pan like in your photo.
4. Decorate

Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles, sugar crystals, or crushed peppermint.
5. Let Them Set

Allow clusters to cool at room temp for 1 hour,
or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
