2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced

3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice

1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)
