Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/3 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven:
Set to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a baking dish.
Make the filling:
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese.
Assemble sliders:
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally (keeping the sheet intact). Place the bottom halves in the baking dish, spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over them, then cover with the top halves.
Butter topping:
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the top of the buns. Sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty.
Serve:
Slice and serve warm—perfect for parties, game day, or a fun dinner.
