Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Remix
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef (80/20)
- ½ lb ground pork (optional for extra juiciness)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs)
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup milk
Topping:
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- ½ cup crispy fried onions (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, pork (if using), cheese, crackers, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
4. Add the egg and milk, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Fold in the crumbled bacon gently.
6. Shape into a loaf and place in the prepared pan.
7. Mix the topping ingredients (ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard) and spread over the meatloaf.
8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
9. Top with crispy fried onions and bake for another 5 minutes.
10. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serving Ideas:
Serve with air fryer fries for the full cheeseburger experience.
Drizzle with special burger sauce for extra flavor.
