Zero-Point Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients (Zero Points)

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt (or fat-free Greek yogurt)

  • 1–2 tbsp water, if needed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 1–2 packets of zero-calorie sweetener (optional, to taste)

🍨 Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to Food Processor
    Combine frozen strawberries and Greek yogurt in a food processor or high-speed blender.

  2. Blend Until Creamy
    Pulse several times, then blend on high.
    If too thick, add 1 tbsp water at a time until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  3. Sweeten (Optional)
    Taste and add zero-calorie sweetener if you want it sweeter.

  4. Serve Soft or Freeze

    • For soft-serve style, enjoy immediately.

    • For scooped ice cream, freeze in a container for 1–2 hours.

  • Add a handful of frozen mixed berries for a deeper flavor.

  • For extra creaminess without points, add a little fat-free cottage cheese.

  • Swirl in zero-point strawberry jam or fresh strawberry chunks.
