2 pounds kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½-inch pieces

1 cup barbecue sauce

¾ cup brown sugar

½ cup pineapple juice (or orange juice)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard for milder flavor)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon garlic powder

🥣 1. Make the Sauce

In a medium bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, mustard, vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth.
🍳 2. Combine & Cook
Slow Cooker Method:

Add sliced kielbasa and sauce to your slow cooker.

Stir to coat evenly.

Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1½–2 hours, until hot and bubbly.
Stovetop Method:

Combine kielbasa and sauce in a large skillet.

Simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and caramelizes slightly.
