Stir-Fried Beef & Veggies with Fries and Fresh SaladΒ
A vibrant, flavorful, and satisfying plate inspired by your image β tender beef stir-fried with peppers, carrots, and mushrooms, served with crispy fries and a fresh salad with a creamy dressing!

For the Beef Stir-Fry
250 g beef strips
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove minced
1 tsp paprika
Β½ red bell pepper, sliced
Β½ green bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, cut into thin matchsticks
Β½ cup sliced mushrooms
Salt & pepper
For the Fries
2 potatoes, cut into thin fries
1 tbsp oil
Salt
For the Fresh Salad
1 cup shredded lettuce
Β½ cucumber, sliced
Β½ tomato, chopped
Optional dressing: 1 tsp olive oil + 1 tsp mustard + pinch salt & pepper

Make the Fries
Preheat oven to 220Β°C (425Β°F).
Toss potato strips with oil and salt.
Bake 20β25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cook the Beef Stir-Fry
Heat oil in a pan on high.
Add beef, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir-fry 3β4 minutes until browned.
Add carrots, peppers, and mushrooms.
Cook 5β6 minutes until veggies are soft but still vibrant.
Prepare the Salad
Combine lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
Drizzle with mustard dressing or any dressing you prefer.
Assemble the Plate
Add the beef stir-fry, crispy fries, and fresh salad to your plate.
Serve warm and enjoy!
