Slow Cooker Bakewell Fudge! Delicious! It really does taste amazing!
Ingredients:
– 600 g white chocolate
– 1 tin condensed milk
– 1 tub glace cherries
– 2 tsp almond extract
– 2 tbsp ground almonds, plus extra for decoration
– Flaked almonds, for decoration
Method:
Put the chocolate and condensed milk on a low heat, stirring every 10–15 minutes until melted.
Then add the almond extract, ground almonds and whole cherries, mix together, pour into a tray and leave to cool in the fridge – I left mine overnight.
You can add amaretto, but remember that every 50 ml of alcohol requires an additional 100 g of chocolate.
