Ingredients

1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

½ cup water
-
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese

½ cup sour cream

Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, olives, jalapeños, green onions
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain fat.

Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes until thick.

Unroll crescent dough and press into bottom of greased 9×13 pan.

Spread sour cream over dough.

Spoon taco meat evenly on top.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 20–25 minutes until crescent dough is golden and cooked through.

Cool 5 minutes. Add toppings and slice.
