⭐ Ingredients

1 cup Irish whiskey (Jameson or any good-quality brand)

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter texture)

1 (14 oz / 400 g) can sweetened condensed milk

2 Tbsp chocolate syrup (or 1 Tbsp cocoa powder + 1 Tbsp hot water)

1 tsp instant coffee granules
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
½ tsp almond extract (optional but amazing!)
⭐ Instructions
1. Blend Everything Together
In a blender or mixing bowl, combine:

Whiskey

Heavy cream

Sweetened condensed milk

Chocolate syrup
-
Instant coffee
-
Vanilla and almond extract
Blend on low speed for 20–30 seconds.
Do not over-blend or the cream may thicken too much.
2. Bottle the Cream Liqueur

3. Shake Before Serving
The mixture may settle slightly, so shake gently before pouring.
