Homemade Baileys for Christmas Gifts

🎄🥃 Homemade Baileys Irish Cream (Perfect for Christmas Gifts!)

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Makes: ~1 liter (enough for 2–3 gift bottles)
Keeps: 4–6 weeks refrigerated

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Irish whiskey (Jameson or any good-quality brand)

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter texture)

  • 1 (14 oz / 400 g) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup (or 1 Tbsp cocoa powder + 1 Tbsp hot water)

  • 1 tsp instant coffee granules

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp almond extract (optional but amazing!)

Instructions

1. Blend Everything Together

In a blender or mixing bowl, combine:

  • Whiskey

  • Heavy cream

  • Sweetened condensed milk

  • Chocolate syrup

  • Instant coffee

  • Vanilla and almond extract

Blend on low speed for 20–30 seconds.
Do not over-blend or the cream may thicken too much.

2. Bottle the Cream Liqueur

  • Pour into clean glass bottles or jars.

  • Seal tightly.

  • Refrigerate.

3. Shake Before Serving

The mixture may settle slightly, so shake gently before pouring.
