Ingredients

3 cups day-old bread or bagels, cut into small cubes

3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

2–3 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (to taste)
Instructions (Oven Method)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Toss bread cubes with oil/butter until evenly coated.

Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and toss again.

Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crisp.

Cool completely (they crisp more as they cool).

Air fry at 350°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway.
