π Crockpot Angel Chicken Recipe
Ingredients

4β6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

1 (0.7 oz) packet Italian dressing mix (dry seasoning)

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

Β½ cup chicken broth (or white wine for extra flavor)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

4 tablespoons butter
-
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)

1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked

Prepare the sauce:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine:-
Cream of chicken soup

Cream cheese
-
Butter
-
Chicken broth (or white wine)

Italian dressing mix
Stir until smooth and creamy, then remove from heat.

Add chicken to the crockpot:
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
(Optional: season lightly with salt and pepper.) -
Pour sauce over chicken:
Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the chicken. Add mushrooms if using. -
Cook:

On LOW for 5β6 hours

Or on HIGH for 2Β½β3 hours
(Cook until chicken is tender and easily shredded.)

Serve:
Cook the angel hair pasta just before serving.
Spoon the creamy chicken mixture over the pasta. Garnish with parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
