Air Fried Apple Wedges Caramel

Ingredients

  • 2 large apples (Honeycrisp, Gala, Fuji, or Granny Smith)

  • 1–2 tbsp melted butter (or spray butter)

  • 1 tbsp sugar or brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

1. Prep the Apples

  1. Wash, core, and slice apples into wedges.

  2. Toss with melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

2. Air Fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

  2. Add apple wedges in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

  3. Air fry 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until soft with lightly crisp edges.

3 Serve with Caramel

  • Warm caramel sauce in the microwave for 10–20 seconds.

  • Drizzle over apples or serve on the side for dipping.

  • Sprinkle apples with crushed graham crackers.

  • Use maple syrup instead of sugar for a deeper flavor.

  • Add nutmeg for a fall vibe.

  • Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a dessert-worthy treat.
