BBQ Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Pat the pork chops dry and rub with olive oil.
Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the pork chops on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
Brush the pork chops generously with the BBQ sauce mixture.
Return to the oven for 5–7 minutes, until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.
