Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts (or 3 cups cooked shredded chicken)

Pasta:
- 300 g fettuccine or penne
- Salt (for boiling water)
Creamy Alfredo sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Β½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Β½ tsp black pepper

- Cook pasta
Boil until al dente, drain, and set aside. - Cook chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Pan-cook in olive oil until golden, then slice or shred.
Toss with buffalo sauce. - Make Alfredo sauce
Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, then pour in cream.
Simmer 2β3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until smooth. - Combine everything
Add pasta + buffalo chicken into the Alfredo sauce. Mix well. - Serve hot π₯
Top with parsley, extra sauce, or blue cheese if desired.
