Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and frozen vegetables until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and arrange the pieces evenly over the top of the chicken mixture.

Brush the biscuit pieces with melted butter.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through and the casserole is bubbly.

Let it cool slightly before serving, then enjoy warm as a comforting Southern-style meal.
