High-Protein Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl
Whip up this high-protein, low-carb cottage cheese pizza bowl in under 10 minutes! Packed with nutritious ingredients like blended cottage cheese, fresh veggies, and turkey pepperoni, it’s a quick and satisfying meal perfect for busy weeknights or meal prepping
Ingredients:
½ cup cottage cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2-4 tbsp turkey pepperoni slices
Ranch seasoning or Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with a spoon or your favorite crunchy snack for dipping.
Another version of the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 eggs
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ cup pizza sauce (sugar-free)
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp feta cheese crumbles
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Prepare any pizza toppings.
In a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese and marinara or pizza sauce. Add pizza toppings and Italian seasoning and stir to combine.
Lightly grease an oven-safe baking dish. Pour the mixture in and top with cheese and any extra toppings.
