Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges with juice

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Filling / Frosting

  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make the Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans (or one 9×13).

Beat together:

  • Cake mix

  • Mandarin oranges + juice

Pour into pan(s).
