1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges with juice

½ cup vegetable oil
Filling / Frosting

1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
🧑🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans (or one 9×13).
Beat together:

Cake mix

Eggs
-
Mandarin oranges + juice
-
Oil
Pour into pan(s).
Bake 25–30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely.
2️⃣ Make the Frosting
Whisk together:

Dry pudding mix
-
Crushed pineapple + juice
Fold in Cool Whip gently.
Chill 10 minutes to thicken.
3️⃣ Assemble
Spread frosting between layers and over the top and sides.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving
