🎄 Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread
⭐ Ingredients
-
1 round sourdough or boule-style loaf (medium size)
-
1 wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 oz)
-
1 cup cranberry sauce
(homemade or canned whole berry works best) -
2 tbsp butter, melted
-
1 tbsp olive oil (optional for crispier edges)
-
2 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
-
2 tbsp honey (optional but amazing!)
-
Salt & pepper (just a pinch)
⭐ Instructions
1. Prepare the bread
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
Place the whole loaf on a cutting board.
-
With a sharp knife, cut deep crisscross slices into the bread, forming cubes—
Do NOT cut all the way through.
2. Add the Brie
-
Slice the Brie into small cubes or thin strips.
-
Gently stuff pieces of Brie into the cracks of the bread.
-
Make sure each section gets some melty goodness.
-
3. Add cranberry sauce
-
Spoon cranberry sauce into the cuts, tucking it between cheese pockets.
-
Use as much or as little as you like—more for sweeter, festive flavor.
4. Season & butter
-
Mix melted butter (and olive oil if using) with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
-
Drizzle evenly over the entire loaf.
5. Bake
-
Place the loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
-
Cover loosely with foil and bake 20 minutes.
-
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until:
-
Brie is melted
-
Top is golden
-
Cranberry bubbles slightly
-
6. Finish
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle a bit of extra rosemary if desired.
Serve hot—guests pull apart pieces with their hands!
⭐ Optional Add-Ins
-
Pecans or walnuts (sprinkled before baking)

Orange zest (adds holiday brightness)

Garlic butter instead of plain butter
-
